Description

Appendix C Safety PWS Wage Determination Solicitation SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to pickup and transport medical waste in accordance with Oklahoma State Regulation (800 Series) governing Solid Waste and Sludge Management from the 72 Medical Group, Building 5801, Tinker AFB, OK to a medical waste treatment and disposal facility licensed under state law to accept medical waste for incineration. The contractor shall be an Oklahoma registered/licenses medical waste hauler in accordance with Oklahoma State codes and regulations and shall provide a copy of the License to the Contracting Officer with their proposal. Period of Performance will be 1 Dec 2011 to 30 Nov 2012 and four (4) one-year options. Release of the solicitation will be 14 Oct 2011, with quotes due 21 Oct 2011. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures may be used for this solicitation. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 562211.
