Description

The Sources Sought Notice for VA-244-11-RP-0903 posted on 9-23-2011 is hereby modified to delete the statement, "Contractor shall be TJC accredited at the servicing location prior to contract award." This statement was included in error. This Contract requires the Contractor to comply with all applicable standards of The Joint Commission, and meet or exceed all Joint Commission standards for all work performed under this Contract." Sufficient responses from SDVOSBs were received, and the Contracting Officer has determined that this requirement will be set-aside for SDVOSBs. No additional responses to this Sources Sought advertisement are requested.
