PSSE@E Power System Simulator OPF Maintenance and support, includes 6 OPF copies. PSSE is an intergrate, interactive program for simulating, analyzing, and optimizing power system performance. Program analyze and simulate Power Flow, Open Access and Pricing, Optimal Power Flow, transfer limit analysis balanced or unbalanced fault analysis and network reduction. The NAICS Code is 511210 software publishers. This RFP issued subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availaibility of Funds, FAR 52.217-8, and 52.217-9. The period of performance is one year from date of award plus options. The Government seeks up to four (4) option years, options should be priced separately. The contract award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is the lowest price. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
