Delivery: *114 Calendar Days *ARO Each Individual Order, 120.00 Duration of Contract Period: 5 Year IDIQ Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: NOBIS COMPANY, INC, SALT LAKE CITY, UT.,84115-4329. To: ESSEXINDUSTRIES, INC., SAINT LOUIS, MO.,63123-4728. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free TradeAgreements. First article test required. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or themanufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies theoffice where additional information can be obtained concerningqualification requirements are cited in each individual solicitation. This part required engineering source approval by the design controlactivity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing uniquedesign capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge bythe qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from theapproved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights,manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economicallyavailable to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential tomaintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualifyin accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approvedby the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualificationprocedures must be approved by the Government engineering activityhaving jurisdiction over the part in the intended application.
