- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PR IS NOW SPM4A7-12-R-1118. (BCM 10/19/11) NSN 1670-01-467-2054, PR number 41697318, HARNESS, PERSONNEL PARACHUTE, BACK used on Aviation Life Support Systems. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is September 29, 2011 with a CLOSING DATE of October 31, 2011. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 67 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Approved source is BAE SYSTEMS AEROSPACE & DEFENSE, CAGE 54786, P/N 6315AS2000-7. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 340 days After Receipt of Order. This is a life support item, with critical application, Government first article, production lot, and higher level inspection requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
