Description

NOTICE OF INTENT Lease Space for the United States Government Brooklyn Center, Minnesota Requirement: The Federal Government intends to add a sixty (60) month, non-firm lease renewal option to its existing office space lease. The Government presently occupies 23,058 rentable square feet at 6200 Shingle Creek Parkway, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, (GS-05B-17353), and the lease is currently set to expire on June 16, 2015. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to add this renewal clause. Delineated Area: The Central Business District of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years. Occupancy by May 15, 2011. Expressions of interest must be received no later than November 7, 2011 and include the following: 1) Building name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
