Description

This is a synopsis for Solicitation SP0600-12-R-0702 for: Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Thermally Stable (JPTS) MIL-DTL-25524E (USAF) dated 20 Nov 1997. Estimated annual requirement: 5,000,000 USG. Deliveries via FOB Destination railcars to Beale AFB, CA and DFSP Seabrook, TX, FOB Destination truck to Osan Air Base, South Korea. This solicitation will award a two-year contract with three option years. The two-year base period runs from April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2014. The first option year is April 1, 2014 - March 31, 2015. The second option year is April 1, 2015 - March 31, 2016. The third option year is April 1, 2016 - March 31, 2017. All offerors must pass a year-long testing qualification prior to awarding the contract. Only those sources who have qualified previously and those firms who have passed quality testing certified by Wright-Patterson AFB, OH will be evaluated.
