- J&A This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: ITEM 1: Watchguard 1 year BSP 860 ENT E-mail Security Suite WG018244 QTY 6 ITEM 2: WatchGuard 1 YR BSP McAfee AV Option 1 Seat 2001+U WG018251 QTY 2,500 Period of Performance: 08 Nov 2011 - 07 Nov 2012. Brand name required. Must be Authorized Certified Resellers. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, No telephone calls please.
