- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Activity (NCA) is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The requirement is for delivery of USP medical grade liquid bulk oxygen (LOX) to include installation of liquid cryogenic and/or other storage systems to supply VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. The period of performance will be October 1, 2011 and September 20, 2012. The contractor will be required to forecast replenishment needs in order to anticipate and schedule deliveries. This sources sought announcement is not a request for proposals and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research.
