This is Sources Sought notice only. This notice is for information and planning purposes and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for Market Research to gain knowledge of potential qualified small and other businesses interested and capable of performing the Electro Convulsive Treatment (ECT) Therapy service within the 10 miles radius of the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System has a requirement for Outpatient based Electro Convulsive Treatment (ECT) Therapy service for VA patients. The Contractor must provide the Medical Facility, ECT equipment, ECT Psychiatrist Specialist, Anesthesiologist, staff level nurse, all necessary licenses and quality assurance plan to provide the service. All interested Business concerns for this requirement may submit their Company Name, Duns Number, Type of Business concerns, Statement of capability and Qualifications of the Organization to perform this Electro Convulsive Treatment (ECT) Therapy Service to the Contracting Officer. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621112, Size Standard 10 Million. Notice to potential contractors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to Federal Government must be registered in the Central Registration (CCR) located on the website www.ccr.gov. Offerors must completed Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orga.bpn.gov/. Additionally, all Services Disabled/Veterans Owned Business or Veterans Owned Business must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center of Veterans Enterprise Vet Biz Registry located at http://vip.vet.gov Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received not later than November 10, 2011 by e-mail: grace.kim@va.gov.
