Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Automed Technologies, Inc., 1400 Busch Pkwy., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 under the authority of FAR 6.302 -1. The requirements are as follows: Full service maintenance including all parts, 24/7 phone support and onsite visits to maintain the Optifill 1 equipment located at the VA Outpatient Clinic located at 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than by close of business @ 4: p.m. on October 28, 2011.
