Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Talyst Inc. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Talyst Inc for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for Talyst Auto pack and Auto Label Systems, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Marion, IL, Poplar Bluff and Columbia MO VA Medical Center, within VISN 15. This agreement will include a base year and three one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
