Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Charter Communications, Inc., 12405 Powerscourt Drive, Saint Louis, MO. 63131 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirements are as follows: Provide TV and internet service for the Hammond, Mandeville, and Slidell Clinics- New Orelans, LA. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov, no later than by close of business @ 4:00p.m. on October 28, 2011.
