- Amendment 0005 to reopen Solicitation This notice advises that the government intends to reopen the solicitation and allow all interested parties to submit proposals on the NSNs listed herein. The date and time for receipt of proposals is: DATE: November 7, 2011, Time 1700 hours/5:00 p.m. EST (local time, Columbus, OH). This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract(s) for retreaded aircraft tire NSNs. Subject NSNs all meet Performance Specification MIL-PRF-7726K and Qualified Products List QPL-7726-10. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of each contract resulting from this solicitation will be a two-year base period with a single option year. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information are listed in the RFP. Unit of issue is each. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
