This procurement is a large purchase quantity of 20 each. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control Part. This is a Navy Critical safety item. This is RFP issued as unrestricted to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Production requested delivery is 199 days. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package.
