REQUEST FOR QUOTE - NEW BOX TRUCK The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offer (RFO) for one New Box Truck with 4,000 lb Lift Gate for use at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Based upon previous market research, this requirement is not a set-aside and is open for full and open competition. Interested vendors should respond with the following: (1)A list of available trucks identifying each specific manufacturer with their manufacturer's part number.(2)Current price list along with any quantity (price break) discount purchases, e.g., range of 1 to 10.(3)Provide a description of the terms and conditions of warranties and the processes and procedures (for each specific manufacturer and manufacturer's part number). This information is required in order for the FAA to obtain warranty repair service, if required.(4)Complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form. The form is provided as a separate document under this announcement. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility. All submittals, including attachments, shall be submitted electronically to the following address: casey.davis@faa.gov. Responses should be submitted in a Microsoft Word document (preferred); however, portable document format (i.e..pdf file) is acceptable. Vendors must respond by 3:00 p.m. (CST), Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing responses to this market survey. This announcement shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the FAA to acquire these products. Responders to this announcement may be asked to provide additional details/information based on their initial response. The final determination by the FAA not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the FAA.
