Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a three (3) month firm fixed price contract for the Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) Upgrade. This market research is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is looking for sources who can provide the following: The proposed action is to provide three (3) month support for the VA Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) Project to the Department of Veterans Affairs, including high-level project activities, development of migration plan, knowledge transfer and best practices, issue resolution and user acceptance testing. The professional services are for existing software. The Procurement of Tool has already been completed. This request is for the professional services from Autonomy to assist Web Solutions with the upgrade to the latest version. VA purchased and customized the Autonomy's Interwoven TeamSite product in 2003. This tool is used department-wide to facilitate compliance with Federal and VA regulations as well as provide webmasters and content authors with a number of options for content authoring and website development. Submittal Information Interested parties may submit a capability statement, no more than ten (10) pages, for your company, your teammates and/or subcontractors and also denote the business size for North American Industry Classification Systems NAICS Code 541511. Please include company name, company address, and DUNS Number (if applicable). Also, please indicate if you, your teammates and/or subcontractors are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The solicitation number assigned to this effort is VA118-12-Q-0041 and will be issued on or about November 5, 2011.
