Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Long Beach Delineated Area: Starting at the corner of N. Studebaker Rd and E. Spring St. heading south to E. 2 nd St. continuing west to E. Livingston Dr. to E. Ocean Blvd to E. Shoreline Dr. to W. Shoreline Dr. then heading north along Golden Shore St. to Golden Ave. then heading east along E 7 th St. to Redondo Ave. then north to E. Spring St. and then east to N. Studebaker Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,000 Space Type: Class A Office Parking Spaces (Total): 106 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 106 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: Additional Requirements: 2 nd floor or higher of contiguous space. Building must allow 24 hour access seven days a week. A security buffer zone will ideally consist of all areas and structures within a 50-foot setback on all sides of the building(s) offered. Buildings with lesser setbacks may be considered depending on site and building configuration and any other proposed security mitigation solutions. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
