Description

Solicitation A12PS00116 Issued 11/02/2011 and due on 11/22/2011 Transformer, Pad Mount, 750 KVA, 12470 Grd Y/7200 primary, 480 Grd Y/277 secondary, 3 phase, per attached specifications. Transformer to be new, remanufactured not acceptable. The quoter will be responsible for completing the pricing and technical details of the quote specifications and returning the RFQ document and specification documents by the quote submission due date. Failure to provide complete and timely responses will result in a determination of nonresponsiveness and will result in ineligibility for contract award. The completed quotations may be scanned and sent via email to kevin.warren@bia.gov. Quotes shall be submitted with a return receipt requested. Please confirm your quote was received. Include all taxes as required by 52.212-04 (k). Provide the completed representations and certifications provided at section K or provide proof of registation with the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA).
