- This is a Sources Sought FA4830-12-Q-0003 announcement seeking Small Business responses in order to determine interested parties participation in the acquisition. This requirement is proposed to be a 100% Small Business set-aside; however, businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for NAICS code 423990 are being sought as sources for consideration for the forthcoming solicitation. The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Fire Suppression Maintenance/ Inspection for Moody Air Force Base. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to perform semi-annual operation test and annual inspection on the chemical extinguishing systems. The designated NAICS Code is 423990 Facilities Support Services with size standard of 100 Employees. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought number FA4830-12-Q-0003. Your response shall include the following information: • SBA designation (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, Women Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Business name • CAGE code • Name of Point of contact • Email address • Phone and fax numbers • Size standard of company Contractors must be presented in sufficient detail that your company possesses the necessary means to hire qualified candidates to fulfill the requirements indicated. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
