Description

REQUIREMENT:REQUIREMENT: U.S Customs and Border Protection, Office of Air and Marine, is interested in leasing approximately 19,500 square feet of hangar space and 6,500 square feet of flight preparation space. The space will be occupied by Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Five (5) year firm term with five, one (1) year option periods. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Hangar and related space must be a single tenant facility or facilities. The Government requires a partially serviced lease including a total of 35 on-site parking spaces. The building and parking areas should provide acceptable access including adequate turning radius for large vehicles with trailers. A partially serviced lease in addition to partitioning and tenant alterations is desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety; and shall be ABAAS compliant and asbestos-free. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Occupancy is required no later than August 31, 2012. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within McAllen International Airport in McAllen, Texas. The location must provide apron space and access to runway.
