- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued for full and open competition as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award a FIRM-FIXED PRICE, INDEFINITE-DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) TYPE CONTRACT to procure Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) ground to air radios for use by White Sands Missile Range. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement will be five (5) years, one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options if each option is exercised. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 with at size standard of 750. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/).
