- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ-200-0001-12-NC The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide Juvenile Inpatient Mental Health Services to be located within the BOP's North Central Region. (To see a breakdown of the BOP's regional areas, visit the BOP's public website at www.bop.gov). Juvenile Inpatient Mental Health Services consist of Juvenile Inpatient Facility Services and Inpatient Physicians Services. Juvenile Inpatient Mental Health Services include short term mental health care services to supplement those services not provided by the BOP. The services described shall be in accordance with the BOP Statement of Work for Juvenile Inpatient Mental Health. This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The services will be for male juvenile offenders and female juvenile offenders or any combination thereof. The guaranteed minimums and estimated maximums for Inpatient Facility Services and Inpatient Physicians Services are as follows: Inpatient Facility Services: For the one-year Base Period and each of the four one-year option periods (if exercised), the guaranteed minimum is 11 inpatient days. The estimated maximum is 732 inpatient days each for the one-year Base Period and Option Year 3; and 730 inpatient days each for Options 2, 3, and 4. Inpatient Physicians Services: For the one-year Base Period and each of the four one-year option periods (if exercised), the guaranteed minimum is 5 visits and the estimated maximum is 250 visits. The solicitation will be available on or about December 5, 2011, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All future information about this acquisition will also be distributed solely through this site, as applicable. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFQ-200-0001-12-NC will be on or about December 30, 2011. Faith-Based and Community Organizations: Faith-Based and Community Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
