- Pricing Sheet Addendum to 52.212-2_Section M Addendum to 52.212-1_Section L Performance Work Statement FA7014-12-R-5002: Solicitation The scope of this work is to provide the right guidance to assist the Air Force, Components, Joint Force Headquarters, and Standing Joint Force headquarters in accomplishing their missions. Functional area to be supported is Close Air Support (CAS). Specific support activities include analyses of Air Force modernization efforts, training, modeling and simulation, air campaign planning, test and evaluation, planning, programming and budgeting; development of operational concepts for C2 employment, weapon systems program management, and general headquarters staff functions. Specific activities also include assistance to AF/A3/5 and AF/A3O-AC for the purpose of determining C2 requirements across Air Force programs and developing and tracking milestones and objectives for Air Force C2 activities. Offerors are required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements, in addition to those identified as evaluation factors or subfactors. Offerors must submit a proposal that reflects the offerors clear understanding of the requirement. Award of this contract will be made on a competitive best value basis using the "lowest price, technically acceptable" approach. Evaluation will be made to identify all Offeror's whose quotes are technically acceptable in accordance with the PWS and the evaluation criteria set forth below. Award will be made to the Offeror from the pool of technically acceptable quotes, whose cost / price is lowest. Please review the attached solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Sections L and M, and pricing sheet prior to submitting a proposal.
