The NRCS is advertising this IFB for the San Ramon Creek Retaining Wall Repair Emergency Watershed Project. The project is located in Contra Costa County, California. The project includes the installation of 8 ground anchors, approximately 80 linear feet of shotcrete wall with soil nails, approximately 56 linear feet of reinforced concrete support beam, structural excavation and backfill, salvaging and placement of loose rock riprap and the installation of pollution control measures. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 237990, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bids are due 11/28/2011 by 2:30 p.m., local time at the Davis office.
