- Statement of Work Sole Source Justification TO PROCURE: Maintenance contract for Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner System. The NAICS Code is 811219. The Size Standard is average annual receipts of $19 million. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. The proposed source is Affymetrix, 3380 Central Expressway, Santa Clara, CA, 95051. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to diane.chen@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Diane Chen, ASC/PKOAB, 937-656-1412 no later than 8 December 2011, 5 P.M. EST.
