Description

MODIFICATION 2 OF 2 PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR THE U.S. ARMY LOGISTICS MODERNIZATION PROGRAM (LMP) SERVICES Attachment 001 8DELIVERY OF SOLUTION AND ASSOCIATED DATA Pursuant to the Contract, as modified by the Settlement Agreement dated 20 September 2011, between the Contractor and the Government, the Contractor shall deliver the IP data items listed in the CDRLs below to the Government with unlimited rights as defined by the DFARS. 8.1User Training Materials and Tools - CDRL Exhibit X, Data Item A023. The contractor shall provide Education and Training Course Materials, Instructor Guides, Data Sets, Knowledge Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Guides, User Guides, Work Instructions, Simulations, Context Sensitive Help Documents, Workaround Documents, End-to-End Business Process Scenarios, Mapping of Training Materials to Functional Security Roles and Business Processes. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit X, Data Item A023, this PWS. 8.2System Life Cycle Documentation and Related Training Materials - CDRL Exhibit Y, Data Item A024. The contractor shall provide Business Processes & Procedures, Process Scenarios, Functional Specs, Technical Specs, ARIS models, Change Requirements Documents, Change Design Documents, Test Plans, Specialized Training Materials (eg, Period End Closing), Solution Manager Configuration Settings, and RICEF Listing. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit Y, Data Item A024 this PWS. 8.3Partner Interfaces - CDRL Exhibit Z, Data Item No. A025 The contractor shall provide Enterprise Architecture Integration (eg SeeBeyond/SAP Process integration), Configuration Settings and Custom Code, Monitoring Processes and Procedures, Restart and Recovery Plans and Procedures, Interface MOA/MOU's, Interface Connectivity Specifications, Architectural Specifications (eg, Drawings, Spreadsheets). The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit Z, Data Item No. A025, this PWS. 8.4Production Support Tools, Programs and Reports - CDRL Exhibit AA, Data Item No. A026. The contractor shall provide Custom Developed Tools (e.g. CRDB), Operational Procedures (eg MRP, System Maintenance Procedures, Training System Refreshes, Financial Closing Procedures, Archiving, IDoc Handling, System Start Up and Shut Down Procedures), SLA Reporting Tools, Custom Data Cleansing Utilities, Non SAP Databases Configuration, Design and Management (e.g. Oracle, File Depot), SAP Transport Landscape and Procedures, SAP Upgrade Process, Procedures and Documentation (e.g. Assessor Tool Output, Cutover Plan). The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AA, Data Item No. A026, this PWS. 8.5System Configuration, Code, Hierarchy and Parameters - CDRL Exhibit AB, Data Item No. A027. The contractor shall provide System Source Code (e.g. ABAP/4 Code, Java, HTML, Databases), IMG Settings and Documentation, SAP Organizational Structures (e.g. Company Code and Plant Code Settings), SAP BI Configuration, SAP ECC Queries, Custom Reports, SAP Code Modification Documentation, Batch Jobs (e.g. Schedule, Restart Procedures, Dependencies, Error Handling and Supporting Documentation), Internal Interfaces (e.g. Core Interface), SAP Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) Tools. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AB, Data Item No. A027, this PWS. 8.6Data Migration - CDRL Exhibit AC, Data Item No. A028. The contractor shall provide Data Mappings, Data Migration Plans and Procedures, Life Cycle Supporting Documentation for Data Migration and Conversion Programs, Data Migration Tools (e.g. Staged Data Repository), Data Utilities, Data Migration Objects List. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AC, Data Item No. A028, this PWS. 8.7Infrastructure Requirements Materials - CDRL Exhibit AD, Data Item No. A029. The contractor shall provide Hardware Requirements (e.g. Server, Storage and Network Component Build Specifications, Sizing Assumptions, Response Times), Software Requirements/Licensing, Customized Tool Extensions (3rd Party and CSC Developed), Network Configuration Settings, System Landscape Documentation, Network Topology, Backup and Recovery Procedures, Disaster Recovery Activation Procedures (e.g. COOP), Change and Release Management Procedures (e.g. Patching), Infrastructure Application Procedural Documentation (e.g. Portal Applications), As Is System Bill Of Materials, Data Center Operational and Facility Procedures, Tools, Specialized Scripts and Programs (e.g. Start Up and Shut Down). The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AD, Data Item No. A029, this PWS. 8.8Test Plans, Cases and Tools - CDRL Exhibit AE, Data Item No. A030. The contractor shall provide Manual and Automated Test Scripts (e.g. Unit, Integration, Trading Partner, Volume, FRT, TRT, Security Role, DSST, BOT, PDIT, CBPT), Test Tool Configuration Settings and Customized Settings, Test Plans/Procedures, Historical Test Results. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AE, Data Item No. A030, this PWS. 8.9System Security and Tools - CDRL Exhibit AF, Data Item No. A031. The contractor shall provide Security Application Procedural Documentation and Configurations (e.g. Specialized Scripts and Programs), Configuration of Security Monitoring Applications (e.g. IDS, Anti Virus), Functional Security Role Definition, Documentation and Tools (e.g. UAM), Information Assurance Procedural Documentation (e.g. Incident Response Plan). The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AF, Data Item No. A031, this PWS. 8.10User Interface - CDRL Exhibit AG, Data Item No. A032. The contractor shall provide Presentation layer software configuration (e.g. Citrix and Enterprise Portal), associated support tools and documentation. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AG Data Item No.A032, this PWS. 8.11Program Management Controls, Processes and Procedures - CDRL Exhibit AH, Data Item No. A033. The contractor shall provide PAPR Documentation, Compliance Related Documentation (e.g. FFMIA, DoDIG, SFIS, BEA), Task Order Related Life Cycle Documentation, IPMS with associated work in progress. The data shall be submitted per CDRL Exhibit AH, Data Item No. A033, this PWS. 8.12Help Desk - CDRL Exhibit AI, Data Item No. A034. The contractor shall provide Process, Procedures and Documentation, Service Desk Configuration (e.g. USD, CRDB Interface), Knowledge Management Tool (e.g. FAQ), Extract of USD, Notification List.
