- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Idaho City: Coeur d’Alene Delineated Area: Within the city limits of the city of Coeur d’Alene, ID Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,031 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,182 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): Up to 7 Parking Spaces (Structured): Up to 7 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 (out of the 7) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 2 5-year priced options Additional Requirements: 1) Second floor space or higher is preferred but first floor space will be considered. 2) Portions of the floor must be able to withstand a floor load of up to 150lbs/ft or be able to be modified to withstand this loading. 3) All space must be located on one floor and be contiguous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) CAD drawing of space offered with 1/8 th inch scale. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Total number of parking spaces available on the premises. 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
