- Industry Day Registration Form is reposted for your convenience. The contracting center will not reserve any seating or schedule a one-on-one meeting session with your company if Industry Day Registration Form is not completed in its entirety and submitted to APG POCs no later than 12 Dec 2011 at 12:00 pm EST. Your company will not be allowed to attend Industry Day on Dec 15th or schedule a one-on-one meeting session if your company does not submit Registration Form and One-on-One Meeting Request to the ACC-APG POCs by 12 Dec 2011 at 12:00 pm EST. Please Note: No registration forms will be accepted after 12 December 2011 at 12:00 pm EST or at the door the day of Industry Day or be permitted to schedule a one on one meeting session after 12 December 2011 at 12:00 pm EST or at the door under any circumstances. Please contact the ACC-APG POCs should you have any questions on how to complete or return the Mandatory Industry Day Registration Form or scheduling a one-one meeting session for your company on Dec 15th.
