- BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION ATTACHMENT 4 - IRS QUOTATION SHEET ATTACHMENT 3 - SPECIFICATION FOR PHYSICAL SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS (PSEP) EQUIPMENT ATTACHMENT 2 - 4TH FLOOR FLOOR PLAN ATTACHMENT 1 - 1ST FLOOR FLOOR PLAN RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54, effective December 2, 2011. This acquisition is being conducted as full and open competition on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 561621. A list of the contract line item, quantity, unit of measure, the description of the requirement, date, and place of performance are identified in a separate document listed as IRS Quotation Sheet. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in Section 6 of the RFQ.
