- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting a new market survey. This new market survey is to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing Logistics and Support Services for U.S. forces, and other designated personnel operating ashore in the Caribbean region. The countries are; Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Trinidad and Tobago. The Logistics and Support Services will be for approximately 30 to 60 personnel for duration of 14 to 28 days approximately 3 to 5 times per year. The contract resulting from this requirement will be a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Logistics Support Services in the Caribbean region in support of USSOUTHCOM and COMUSNAVSO. Items required are: 5 pax sedan transportation 5 pax 4X4 transportation 15 pax transportation 30 pax transportation 50 pax transportation Cargo transportation Flat bed transportation 5K Forklift 10K Forklift Portable security lighting Generator with fuel Security barriers (feet) Safety cones Mogas (gal) Diesel (gal) Potable water Bottle water Ice Refer unit Ice chest Canopy Canopy w/side Tent Port-a-potties Hand washing stations Dumpster Portable lighting Generators Chairs Tables Privacy screens Meals Cell phone/sim card Translator/interpreter Storage Portable storage Lodging (US) Lodging (HN) Laundry service Customs fees Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this potential requirement no later than 11:00am (Eastern Standard Time), Friday, 13 January 2012 stating their business size, DUNS, and Cage Code as well as a point of contact. The government will use the results of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above described requirement should be solicited as a 3 year contract or full and open competition. The Government will not pay or provide reimbursement for any costs incurred in the preparation or delivery of the request for information.
