- PR 0043545387. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0408, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Acquisitions for NSN 5820-01-417-6304, Radio Receiver-Transmitter. This NSN is a commercial, part numbered item and the approved source is CAGE 1VPW8, P/N 01-P36744M003. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 33 each. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination,Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 156 days. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on December 22, 2011. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on December 30, 2011. The solicitation issue date is January 12, 2012. The closing date is January 26, 2012.
