Description
RFQ QSDLAD-E6-12-1520-SQ RFQ QSDLAD-E6-12-1520-SQ COVER SHEET The Southwest Supply Operations Center is issuing a RFQ for Wire Scratch Brushes. This RFQ will be awarded using the Reverse Auction process. Please see included attachments for information regarding the award process. RFQ contains estimated terms quantities, terms and conditions. For questions regarding this RFQ contact Jim Dear at 817-850-8253 or jim.dear@gsa.gov Resultant awards will be made on an item by item basis to the final low responsive and responsible quote. RFQ will be solicited and awarded utilizing a Reverse Auction process. Each quote received as a result of the initial posting to FBO will be reviewed and an initial responsive/responsible determination will be made based upon technical acceptability. All responsive/responsible vendors who quoted will be sent an email which states the current low price of the items they quoted. The vendors will be allotted a one (1) day time frame in which to revise their quote if they so wish. A subsequent email may be sent depending on the low price received for each item. It is anticipated that each time a new low quote is received, another email will be sent to the vendors indicating the new low price. The vendor will again be allowed to revise their quote. This process will be repeated until the RFQ revisions no longer generate a lower price.
