The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought announcement. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking interested sources (contractors) for a near-future solicitation and procurement for the Office of Informatics and Analytics (OIA). At this time, no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. 2.BACKGROUND: The VHA OIA Office The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Analytics & Informatics (OIA) owns a complex 20' x 20' tradeshow Island Exhibit, which showcases its Information Technology (IT) healthcare products. The exhibit is an interactive experience that allows visitors to participate in IT product demonstrations. The exhibit is divided into four quadrants - with custom flooring for each area. Each quadrant contains a mounted 42" plasma screen and a laptop with wireless keyboard and mouse, on which an IT application is demonstrated and projected to the plasma screen. Each IT application operates either wirelessly or wired through pre-configured servers located in the server storage cabinet. VHA technical representatives oversee the configuration and installation of the server and software applications. Also, within the 20' x 20', there is an area with a high-suspended 50" plasma screen used to display a looped video or flash feature, which will be provided by VHA. The 20' x 20' exhibit architecture is a modular system that can be reconfigured so portions of the exhibit can be used as a 10' x 10' inline exhibit for smaller tradeshow events. A similar set of the modular 10' x 10' exhibit components was also produced to allow flexibility to participate in two smaller shows at the same time. 3.OBJECTIVES: The Office of OIA is seeking for services to furnish all the necessary qualified personnel, materials, facilities and resources to provide exhibition management and storage services to the Veteran's Health Administration (VHA) for its 20' x 20' island tower exhibit and 10' x 10' inline exhibit. Ability to maintain an inventory of all exhibit components, as well as supplemental marketing material, in an environmentally controlled area will be required. In-depth knowledge of event scheduling and facilitation of tradeshow participation required. 4.SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: Contractors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements should submit a response of no more than 15 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum. The Government will not review any other data, attachments that are in excess to the 15 pages.
