- Synopsis: This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is intended to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future detailing requirements for Exercise Role Players and Subject Matter Experts in support of the US Army Special Operations Command with performance at various locations throughout the United States. The Performance Work Statement will be detailed in a solicitation that is scheduled to be released in the near future. The intent of this notice is not to solicit information or for any vendor to provide capability statements at this time. The solicitation in its entirety will be posted within 30 days of this notice. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Type of Contract: Multiple Award Task Order Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (MATOC) Awards: The number of contracts that may be awarded as a result this solicitation will not exceed five (5). The maximum order value of combined task orders over the 5-year period will not exceed $10M. Set-aside status: The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 611710, size standard: $7,000,000. Place of Contract Performance: Various throughout the United States Conducting Business with the Government. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All Offerors must be CCR registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.ccr.gov. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. Prior to quoting, it is preferred that vendors complete the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Instructions may be obtained and required information may be entered at http://orca.bpn.gov. When available, the solicitation documents will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CD's or hard copies will be made available. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of the offeror's Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. The Government will consider issue a timeline extension in event of an outage confirmed by FedBizOpps.
