- Sole Source Justification The USDA Forest Service, WO AQM IT Support Branch, Pan American Bldg., Suite 200, 101 B Sun Ave., NE, Albuquerque, NM intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Relm Wireless Inc., 7100 Technology Dr., West Melbourne, FL 32904 to provide genuine Relm replacement parts for malfunctioning (Relm) radios and equipment. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the USDA Forest Service will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Relm Wireless Inc.
