1.0 ABSTRACT This item describes technical representative services for the demonstration of Ship's Fire and Smoke Detection System to support Ship Material Assessment and Readiness Testing (SMART). 2.0 REFERENCES: None. 3.0 ITEM LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION 3.1 Location/Quantity. 3.1.1 Location: Various 3.1.2 Quantity: One Central Unit and various control units. B; Fire and Smoke Detection System 4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/ MATERIALS/ SERVICES: None 5.0 NOTES 5.1 FAX access requests on company letterhead to James Phillips, Fax: (757)443-5974; Phone: (757)443-2924. Include all personnel information as required by Naval Base Pass Offices. 5.2 Performance period is scheduled for 4/2/2012 thru 4/6/2012. The OEM shall be a Sr. Service Tech Rep experienced with Consilium Fire and Smoke Detection System on the T-AKE Class. All work shall be performed by an authorized Consilium Service Representative. Support will include operation and testing of safety systems required to demonstrate to MSC SMART Board safe operation of the Fire and Smoke Detection System and associated detectors. 7.4 OEM will help expedite any emergent material needs to support scheduled underway operations. 7.5 OEM will provide operational assistance prior to underway period. 7.6 Preparation of Drawings: None additional. 8.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: None additional.
