Description

The AAC/PKOB, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one spinal cord stimulator permanent implant IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 22 Jan 12. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Model No. 37712 Restore Ultra INS, Model No. 37752 External Patient Recharger, Model No. 37743 Ultra Patient Programmer, Model No. 3778-45 1x8 Restore Compact Lead Kit (45cm), Model No. 37092 External Patient Programmer Antenna, Model 37081-40 1x8 Restore Extension (40cm) These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 26 Jan 12 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339113, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
