Description

Solication and Statement of Work This solicitation cancels and replaces N00421-12-T-0104. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13; and FAR Part 6.302-1. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via fax; however, the preferred method is via email. Please send to the attention of the Contracting POC above; all emailed proposals much be received by the Contracting POC by the closing date and time of Monday, Janaury 9, 2011 by 5 PM (EST). Used or refurbished items will not be accepted, also quote all items or none. Please address all requirements in the SOW and Evaluation criteria.
