- NSN 7R-4130-014648896-EE, REF NR 123SCEC5170-7, QTY 2 EA, DELIVERY FOBORIGIN. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on asource control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version ofDoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturingknowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, norqualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in theintended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selecteditems shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses thatrequired data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot beeconomically obtained. Therefore this procurement will be restricted to NorthropGrumman (26512) or Honeywell International Inc (02LU7). -SEE NOTES 9, 22, 26
