D ISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D applies to this procurement. Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD Contractors only. This technical data package contains sensitive technology on a weapons system. Copies of the technical data will not be posted with the solicitation on the website. To obtain copies of the technical data, contact Katie L Norton Email address katie.norton@gsa.gov. In order to receive copies, you must be registered with the US/Canada Joint Certification Program. The website to obtain US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification is http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx. The solicitation may be posted on the FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/.
