The Electronic Systems Center, 66th Air Base Group, hereby releases this pre-solicitation notice for demolition of the Air Force Research Lab, building 1116, at Hanscom Air Force Base. 2. The anticipated release of this solicitation on Fed Biz Opps is to be on or around 3 February 2012. A site visit at the aforementioned facility will be conducted in approximately mid-February. 3.
