Description

This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a fifty-three feet shelter trailer for use as a mobile test asset. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336212 with a size standard of 500 employees. See the attached Statement of Work for the specifications. This procurement will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA shall apply. The closing date is 24 January 2012. The anticipated award date is 30 January 2012. All responsible parties may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
