- PR 0043126573, NSN: 2840-01-241-8040, Nozzle Assembly, Tur, Unrestricted, Criti This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a configuration control item sole source to General Electric (07482), P/N: 1317M71P05, Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Critical Safey Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 544 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 900 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be January 10, 2012 with a closing date of January 23, 2012. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
