Ft (ABOA): 12,265 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft (ABOA): 12,265 ABOA Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government seeks to contract for a succeeding lease at an existing location, but will consider relocating if it is economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems.
