- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Iowa Army National Guard, Office of Recruiting and Retention wishes to procure advertising with the Arena Football Iowa based team. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-12-T-0010. All proposals shall be submitted by 8:00 a.m. local time on 23 January 2012. The anticipated award date is 24 January 2012. Submit your complete proposal package to: Iowa Army National Guard, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, USPFO-PC, Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave, Johnston, Iowa 50131-1824 ATTN: SSG Bryan Miller, Contract Specialist by the aforementioned due date & time.
