Description: The intent of this solicitation is to secure services for pre-commercial thinning of 317 acres of conifer reproduction, approximately 23 to 36 years old. The Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, housing, subsistence, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals except those items listed as Government-furnished property. Due to the fairly steep and rugged terrain and limited access, methods for accomplishing this work are limited to hand tools only.
