Description

Request for Proposals for the Maintenance and Deactivation (MDC) of Temporary Housing Units (THUs) in Minot, ND in support of DR-1981-ND to be posted to FedBixOps on January 20, 2012. Approximate number of THUs is 1150. Businesses must be located in one of the counties designated by DR-1981-ND to be eligible to submit proposals. Award(s) will be made on best value basis and the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Technical factors will be equally weighted and in conjunction with price will be used to determine which contractors offer the best value to the Government. Technical evaluations must have an aggregate score of average or above to be considered as technically acceptable. In the case of multiple awards, the Government reserves the right to adjust quantities and redistribute workload IAW best value criteria. Contract award(s) will be for a Base Year plus 4-one year options. The anticipated award date is on or around March 5, 2012. Proposals must be received NLT 11:59pm CST of the closing date of February 21, 2012 at the following address: DHS/FEMA; Joint Field Office; Attn: Contracting Officer; 600 S. 2nd St.; Bismarck, ND 58504.
