- IQC11299009025. End Item Application: AIRCRAFT HERCULES, UH-1Y HELICOPTER, SOF AIRCRAFT, HELICOPTER, H1 ALL VERSIONS T his solicitation will contain one NSN 5365-01-257-6180, PLUG MACHINE THREAD; Annual Estimated Quantity: 72 each, Max Year AEQ: 144 each. This is a 1B item. The approved source is Eaton Aerospace (CAGE 97484). The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a non-critical application item and is configuration control. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The fina contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about January 30th 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
