- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-12-R-0484, IQC1111321009029, National Stock Number, 5342-01-369-0893, Mount, Resilient, Weapon. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. NSN is not commercial and is not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a Configuration Control item. However, Drawings are available for this item. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 6672 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 3336. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 834 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 3336 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 134 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is January 27, 2012 with a closing date of February 27, 2012.
